Questions, answered
Does dizay work without internet?
Yes. Everything you write is saved on your device first, in your browser's storage on the web and an on-device database on Android and iOS. When you are back online, dizay syncs with the server and resolves conflicts without losing work. AI requests made offline are queued and run after reconnect.
Who can see my tasks and notes?
Only you, unless you explicitly share an item with someone through the optional sharing tool. We do not sell data. Free accounts may see contextual ads; ads are never targeted with your content.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in Arabic, English and French, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic. The AI assistant understands Darija, Arabic, French, English and mixed-language speech and text.
How does the AI assistant handle my data?
When you use the assistant, the relevant text or voice input is processed by an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) through our server, or through a provider connection you add yourself. We do not use your content to train models. See the privacy policy for details.
What happens when I move a task to another day?
The original day keeps a record that the task was moved, and the new day shows it as planned. History is append-only, so you can always see what really happened.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Notes export as PNG, PDF, Markdown or a dizay backup file, drawings included. You can also request a full copy of your data at any time from support.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings or from the store you subscribed through. See the refund policy for the windows and how to request one.
How do I delete my account?
From the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or by following the steps on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.
